The Session - $275

Up to two subjects.

Please ask for a price quote for additional subjects

Includes Hi-Res proofs with no retouching.

Enlargements of any size and quantity can be ordered.

Payment is due at the time of scheduling or

on the day of the session as discussed.

Rescheduling is at no additional charge if needed.

Fine Art Paper and *Canvas

A small additional cost for stretching is added,

Event Pricing

$275 per hour -Two hour minimum.

Includes all images on disc or emailed.

Image size and resolution depend on your needs.

You can discuss this at the time of booking.

Travel time and mileage will be added for locations over one

half hour drive from the Portland area.

Payment is due on scheduling, or as discussed.

If an event is cancelled, all or part of the deposit will be

refunded at the discretion of Melody Saunders Photography. Rescheduling is not a problem and has no rescheduling fees.

Corporate or business events have a 30 day billing time.

Payable by check or cash.

Business/PR Session- Pricing

Basic - $275

Your basic business headshot can be used for cards,

website, brocures, flyers, and any business needs.

Includes

Proofs to choose from.

Your choice of one pose.

Your final choice will be retouched and cropped for a

perfect finished look.

Additional images for retouching and

cropping will be $75 each.

Discounts for business groups (more than one

person), and special rate requests are welcomed.

Just ask.

Make-up/Hair Stylist upon request.

Payment is due at time of scheduling,

or on day of session, as discussed.

Rescheduling is at no additional charge if needed.

Corporate or large business clients

have a 30 day billing period.

Payable by check or cash.

Headshot Pricing

Basic - $275

Includes Two Looks and Proofs

Your choice of two images cropped and retouched.

Additional looks are $100.00

Includes one image per each look.

Additional images chosen for cropping

and retouch are $55.00 each.

Make-up/Hair stylist provided upon request.

A make-up/hair stylist is recommended,

Bringing your own is fine as well.

Ask me for referrals where to have make-up done before the photo session if you don't want to hire a make-up artist in the studio, but still have it done professionally.

This is the least expensive, but will not cover hair styling, or make-upretouching during the session.

Payment is due at time of scheduling,

or on day of session, as discussed.

Rescheduling is at no additional charge if needed.

If the session is cancelled, 50% of the fee is returned.
